FAQ

  1. Book online at transfer.changirecommends.com;
  2. An email confirmation and SMS confirmation will be upon payment;
  3. Upon arrival, proceed to our Changi Recommends counters at the arrival hall and flash your email/SMS to our friendly counter staff;
  4. Proceed to advised pick-up point where the assigned chauffeur will pick you up from.

You are strongly encouraged to reserve your spot online at least 2 working days (Singapore Airport Transfer) or 4 working days (Overseas Airport Transfer) before your departure date.

Your booking will be submitted to the Transport Provider after payment is completed. You will receive a confirmation email with your pick-up details. If you have not received the email, please check your spam box. If there are errors in your details, kindly contact us at call@changirecommends.com.sg.

Upon your arrival at Singapore Changi International Airport, proceed to our Changi Recommends counters at the arrival hall with your email confirmation. Our friendly counter staff will assist you with the advised pick-up point to proceed to, and the vehicle car plate number to look out for.

All changes have to be made at least 4 business days before scheduled pick-up time.

If the changes do not affect the vehicle capacity/model that we provide, there will be no extra charges applied.

If the changes require an upgrade/downgrade in vehicle capacity/model, we may require you to create a new booking with your latest changes. Your previous booking will be fully refunded. Please note that new booking fees vary depending on currency exchange fluctuations and differences in travel seasons.

In the case of any flight delays or other flight-related emergencies, please call us at +65 6701 1185 as soon as possible.

We will reach out to the chauffeur on your behalf and there will be no additional charges. There would be a flight status monitoring system where your driver would be following closely as well. Your chauffeur will be aware of your late arrival and you may proceed as planned when you have arrived at the country.

Proceed to our Changi Recommends counters at the arrival hall and allow our counter staff to assist you.

The typical luggage size we’d suggest is 64 x 41 x 26 centimetres, which is the 24” medium-sized luggage. If your luggage is larger than this, it will be considered as two separate pieces of luggage.

At the point of booking, you will be informed on the estimated number of luggage that your selected vehicle can fit.

  7. 90 minutes waiting time at the airport

At the point of booking, you will be informed on the estimated number of luggage that your selected vehicle can fit.

Gratuities is not included in the price and tipping is not customary for many countries.

We leave it up to your discretion on tipping.

We do not offer any promotional codes on our transfers as we offer excellent value for money and low prices all year round and for every route we cover. We will continue to do our best in providing competitive prices for our transfers. As well as low prices, we have our 24/7 hotline so whenever you need us we'll be here for you. You are highly encouraged to have a valid travel insurance policy for the duration of your trip.

Our chauffeur reserves the right to refuse to pick up the passenger(s) if they are seen to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or if they display behaviour and/or language that is abusive and potentially damaging to the chauffeur, other passengers or the vehicle.

If the service is cancelled due to the above reasons, there will be no refunds and you may be liable for any vehicle damages and cost incurred.

Our chauffeur will arrive punctually at the designated pick-up address to ensure that you get to the airport on time.

To ensure timely arrival, we recommend that you arrange for pick up at least three hours before the departing flight. If your place of accommodation is far from the airport, we suggest that you arrange for an earlier pick up, so as to allow ample time for your journey and flight check in.
