Round-trip transfers are not bookable through our system at this point in time. We are working hard on making this possible for you, but in the meantime please make two separate bookings for each leg of the trip.

You are strongly encouraged to reserve your spot online at least three working days before your departure date.

We will try our utmost best to fulfil booking however it would be case by case booking. We will provide a full refund if we are unable to fulfil the booking.

Your booking will be submitted to the Transport Provider after payment is completed. Please keep the invoice that you will receive via email. If you have not received the invoice, please check your spam box.

On the night prior to your designated pick up time, you will receive the contact information of your chauffeur, who will contact you before your flight as well, to ensure a smooth transition between your flight and transit to your hotel.

Both local and national laws regarding the use of child seats for infants and children vary from country to country. However, all suppliers will comply with the latest legislation. If you are booking a private transfer, we do recommend the use of booster or child seats for those under the age of 6,for safety purposes.

We are able to guarantee pre-booked child and booster seats in the majority of destinations, and this option is available as part of the booking process. If you have any enquiries if you would need a child seat, Just drop us an email to call@changirecommends.com.sg with your booking reference and age of the children so that we may assist to check for you. Please bear in mind that charges do apply for child seats.

If you wish to bring your own child or booster seat, and are taking a private transfer, we must be advised of this information before you travel. This is to ensure that the vehicle provided by the supplier can accommodate the seat.

All changes have to be made at least 48 hours before scheduled pick-up time.

If the changes do not affect the vehicle capacity/model that we provide, there will be no extra charges applied.

If the changes require an upgrade/downgrade in vehicle capacity/model, we may require you to create a new booking with your latest changes. Your previous booking will be fully refunded. Please note that new booking fees vary depending on currency exchange fluctuations and differences in travel seasons.

In the case of any flight delays or other flight-related emergencies, please call us at +65 6701 1185 as soon as possible.

We will reach out to the chauffeur on your behalf and there will be no additional charges. There would be a flight status monitoring system where your driver would be following closely as well. Your chauffeur will be aware of your late arrival and you may proceed as planned when you have arrived at the country.

You will receive an email with the chauffeur's contact details within 24 hours before your pick up. You can contact your chauffeur directly for any urgent matters. If you are unable to reach your chauffeur, please let us know through any of the following methods:

Yes, your chauffeur should be in touch at least 24 hours prior to your flight. This is let you to finalize the details of your meeting point and ensure smooth pick up at the point of arrival. A final confirmation message will be sent to your provided mobile number, 24 hours prior to boarding.

Look out for your chauffeur holding a placard with your name on it when you've arrived. If you are unable to locate him/her, kindly contact the Local Transport Provider using the details that we've sent to you before your flight.

All chauffeurs are certified with valid vehicle licenses and have undergone a rigorous safety course. They are knowledgeable about the local point of interests and attractions. Our Transport Service Provider also upholds their vehicles to standards of cleanliness, comfort and safety.

You can identify them by their driving licenses and passports. They will be holding a placard with your name at the intended pick up point.

Kindly take note that there will be no refunds in situations where we are given wrong information during booking, no show and (or) flight delays.

The typical luggage size we’d suggest is 64 x 41 x 26 centimetres, which is the 24” medium-sized luggage. If your luggage is larger than this, it will be considered as two separate pieces of luggage.

Gratuities is not included in the price and tipping is not customary for many countries.

We leave it up to your discretion on tipping.

You are highly encouraged to have a valid travel insurance policy for the duration of your trip.

Our chauffeur reserves the right to refuse to pick up the passenger(s) if they are seen to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or if they display behaviour and/or language that is abusive and potentially damaging to the chauffeur, other passengers or the vehicle.

If the service is cancelled due to the above reasons, there will be no refunds and you may be liable for any vehicle damages and cost incurred.

Our chauffeur will arrive punctually at the designated pick-up address to ensure that you get to the airport on time.

To ensure timely arrival, we recommend that you arrange for pick up at least three hours before the departing flight. If your place of accommodation is far from the airport, we suggest that you arrange for an earlier pick up, so as to allow ample time for your journey and flight check in.
